Faux Real LLC Product Guarantee
Faux Real provides a limited guarantee on all of its information products.  If within two years after your purchase you decide you would like to return your item, Faux Real will give you a full refund for the cost of the product.  This refund is valid for the price of the product at the time of sale and does not include any shipping or handling charges.  This Guarantee is not transferable.

Please include your name, order number, and a brief description of why you are returning this product.  NOTE: Faux Real is not responsible for products lost during shipment.  To ensure a swift and accurate refund, do not ship the product using means that can not be tracked.  We recommend shipping the item via UPS or registered mail.


Shipping

We offer free shipping for US customers.  These packages are shipped via USPS parcel post and take up to 7 business days to deliver.  We also offer Priority Mail, which takes two business days and Express mail which can be delivered overnight to most locations.  

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
